Harris Sports Perfomance is a training facility geared towards helping individuals reach their fitness goals. At HSP we offered Spin Classes, Boxing Classes, Fitness Classes and a host of other exciting classes instructed by great trainer. Our goal is to deliver results in 4 hours a week or less.
